Shipping Policy

Every item at Kit Poket is made to order, with production beginning only once you place your order. Here's what to expect.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before they ship. During high-demand periods, such as new drops or holidays, production may take slightly longer. We'll always aim to keep you informed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and to a wide range of international destinations. Availability is shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country isn't listed, we don't currently ship there.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery times vary by destination and carrier, typically a few business days within the United States and longer for international addresses. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions can delay delivery beyond our estimates. We appreciate your patience, and we're always reachable at martina@kitpoket.com if you're concerned about an order.
